The fine women of London can be seen wearing skirts decorated with flounces, edged with embroidery, and patterns and designs woven or printed on the skirts, and sometimes a velvet band added. What’s important ladies is the shape of the skirt, toss those dome shaped skirts and move to bell shaped skirts. This new look accentuates the tiny waist and flows out beautifully. Let us not forget about our hats! One of biggest changes this season is the transformation to the spoon bonnet. This bonnet sets further back on the head, with a narrow brim forming a spoon shaped curve above the forehead sloping down in the back. The bonnets can be decorated with various brooches or flowers.
